Mytunel

Self-hosted friendly SaaS-style tunnels (HTTP and TCP). Control API exposes /v1/*; agent CLI creates a tunnel then connects to the relay.

Billing is not wired yet — GET /v1/billing/portal returns 501 with a short message.
